Dad Behavior

Robert VerBruggen, editor of RealClearPolicy, looks at the behavior of dads, whether or not they live with and are involved with the children. He quotes a confusing sentence from author Josh Lev that requires some thought:
Most black dads live with their kids, but most black kids don't live with their dads.
The explanation is that black dads are more likely to have children with a variety of women, only one of whom they live with at any particular time. So they live with a few of their children, more have no father in residence.
