I think the whole political world was struck by this fella who sort of came out of nowhere with this very unusual name and when he won out in Iowa, I think people sat up and took notice. Maybe we were not skeptical enough.Only "maybe?" A first term Senator with almost no background, accomplishments or experience and a murky past and associates? What could possibly go wrong?

Understatement Award Winner
The Understatement Award for the first half of 2015 goes to retiring Face the Nation host and long-time CBS newsman Bob Schieffer, interviewed by Howard Kurtz on Media Buzz for Fox News Channel, as reported by Politico. Of President Obama, Schieffer said:
