Peru: Too Close to Call

The race for president of Peru, being fought between finalists Keiko Fujimori and Pedro Pablo Kuczynski, is too close to call with 97% of the votes tallied. Kuczynski leads with 50.1% to Fujimori's 49.9%.

Some number of rural votes likely favoring Fujimori remain to be tallied.
