The Power of Trump

Power Line's Steven Hayward quotes a Washington Post article which quotes Democratic operative Guy Cecil as follows:

For 70 percent of our black millennials in ad testing and online panels, the fact that Donald Trump won, that he was the reaction to the first black president, is a sign that the whole system is rigged against them, that in fact their vote doesn’t actually contain power.

If a person believes "their vote doesn't actually contain power," they probably don't bother to vote.
