Governor of New Jersey Chris Christie gets a substantially positive writeup in The Washington Post. He isn't popular with government employees, which I suspect he would view as a sign he's doing his job.
He has been willing to take on teachers unions and do the hard things to cut state spending. He could conceivably be a GOP presidential candidate in 2012.
