Take the Win

The Daily Signal has good news from Seattle, of all places, about the battle against DEI and anti-white bias. They report:

On Monday, a three-judge panel for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit ruled in favor of a white former City of Seattle employee, Joshua Diemert, who said he had been the victim of racial harassment in the workplace.

Specifically, the court ruled that his hostile-work-environment claims could proceed under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and Washington state law. That’s a big deal since a lower court had previously thrown out his case.

This is particularly a "big deal" since the 9th Circuit is widely believed to be the most progressive appellate circuit court, and Seattle is one of the nation's most left-leaning cities, second only to Portland OR.

Paraphrasing Frank Sinatra, if it can happen there it can happen anywhere.
