For nearly four-out-of-five U.S. voters, the problem is not their unwillingness to pay taxes. It’s their elected representatives’ refusal to cut the size of government.I suspect a lot of voters feel that programs they don't personally benefit from are the programs deserving a cut. Even so, politicians who plan to seek reelection may want to pay attention to the "tea party" sentiments abroad in the land.
