Weird Neurological Science

Researchers at Georgetown University Medical Center have developed a blood test for 10 molecules which can predict with high accuracy who will develop Alzheimer's as much as three years before onset. This according to an Australian news site news.com.au, reporting the results of a study published in Nature Medicine, linked here.

It is alleged that the test is 90% accurate. I wonder how many people want to know they will start losing their mind in the next three years, when no satisfactory treatment currently exists? In other words, is the test useful and if so, how?
