Is Dyslexia a Real Condition?

This article claims that dyslexia is either (a) nonexistent or (b) widely over diagnosed. It argues plausibly that parents don't want to admit their children are unintelligent and prefer the medical-sounding dyslexic diagnosis.

This article reminds me of the dyslexic atheist who was reported to have said:

"I don't believe in Dog."
