Reading the Tea Leaves in London

Two days ago in this column we noted the increased likelihood of Israel attacking Iran's nuclear facilities during the two month period between election and inauguration. Here is an article by David Owen, former British Foreign Secretary, in the Sunday Times of London which raises this same issue and ties it only very indirectly to the results of our November election.
