The Indian government is trying to build toilets for people so they don't have to defecate in the fields. As Bloomberg reports, many people won't use these toilets after they are built. Hat tip to Drudge Report for the link.
Talk about disgusting, these people personify it. There are so many people crapping in the open the whole country is nearly awash in feces.
