The Guardian reports Nigeria's Boko Haram Islamic terrorist movement has declared its allegiance to the ISIS/ISIL caliphate in Syria and Iraq and to its self-proclaimed caliph Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. It is a milestone of sorts in the Long War.
