Obama "Complicit" in Kate Steinle Murder

Bill O'Reilly of Fox News writes concerning the fatal shooting of Kate Steinle in San Francisco by an illegal alien whom the City of San Francisco, as a "sanctuary" city, refused to hand to the Feds for deportation. Said murderer already had seven felony convictions and had been deported five times. O'Reilly's comment:

The mayor and city supervisors of San Francisco are directly responsible for the death of Kate Steinle and the Obama administration is complicit.
