A Psychopath Drain

Michael J. Totten writes for World Affairs Journal, and often has wise things to say about the greater Middle East. For example, the following concerning Tunisia, the only success story of the Arab Spring:
Some countries suffer from brain drain. Their best and brightest emigrate to gentler and more prosperous lands when they can flourish. Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Egypt—these places are all suffering from spectacular levels of brain drain.

Tunisia, meanwhile, is experiencing psychopath drain.
Tunisia has provided more recruits, per capita, to ISIS than any other nation. Totten says radicalized Tunisians have zero chance of turning Tunisia into a jihadi paradise, so most go to Syria.
