Anglosphere News

Daniel Hannan, writes in The Telegraph (U.K.) about the U.K.'s prospects for leaving the European Union. He quotes French demographer Emmanuel Todd who cites a statistic of which I was not aware:
There will soon be more people in the Anglosphere than in the EU.
This suggests the U.K. could be better off in a customs union with Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the U.S., and Ireland (if interested).

Where an independent Scotland would land is anybody's guess. Probably in the EU with whose redistributionist policies they tend to agree.
