More on Gender Confusion

If people believed themselves to be overstuffed armchairs, would you pin antimacassars on their backs? Get them slipcovers when they no longer look fresh? Sit on them? The idea is ludicrous. You would treat their mental illness, managing it if a cure was not possible.

Similarly, a few people believe they drew the wrong "plumbing" in the conception lottery. Isn't it medical malpractice to change them, surgically or otherwise, into an approximation of something they are not. To collude in their gender delusions instead of treating their actual mental issues?

Logic tells me malpractice is involved. It is as if we decided to celebrate acne instead of treating it. Or to crucify some poor soul because he believes he is Christ.
