Overall, 46% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the President's performance. That’s the lowest level of total approval yet measured for Obama.Drip, drip, drip...each month their ratings just get worse. At some point I won't be able to resist saying "I told you so," but we aren't quite there yet.
