Many Dems Hear the Drums

A bill was put before the House of Representatives raising the debt ceiling without any strings attached. All Republicans voted "no" and 82 Democrats voted with them! I wonder how Senate Democrats, who have a majority, will respond to that bipartisan vote in the House? As I see it they have two basic choices: go along with the House on budget cutting, or accept gridlock.
