Don Surber, columnist for the Charleston, WV
Daily Mail, has an interesting
article comparing the
Pew Research Center's Forum on Religion and Public Life values data for U.S. Mormons and for the U.S. general public. Mormons are very pro-family and pro-marriage (no surprise) but our general public - not so much. Surber says:
The problem is the American public now sees those values as being a bad thing. So the Mormon Problem is not a Mormon problem, but rather a Rest Of Us Problem.
It is hard to see the rest of us blaming Mormons for being happily married and good parents.
