Reuters reports for Yahoo News that the United Nations has agreed to send 11 investigators to Iraq, at that nation's request, to look into war crimes by ISIS rebels. Good luck with that effort.
Wary investigators won't actually enter ISIS-controlled areas, and they won't learn much interviewing refugees. Brave investigators' heads will end up on pikes outside some wind-blown ISIS outpost, with "film at 11" on YouTube. Either way it's a bad job.
