The BBC reports France has decided to hold up delivery of the amphibious assault ship Vladivostok being built in Saint Nazaire for the Russian navy. France cites unacceptable Russian interference with the integrity of eastern Ukraine as their reason.
Russian reaction to this announcement: a very Gallic shrug. When the French show more courage than the U.S. in standing up to Russian aggression, you know we are without leadership.
