At the NBC News website, Chuck Todd bloviates on the state of the 2016 presidential race. Considering that he's often a liberal hack and NBC is a nest of Democrat operatives with press passes, his summary is much less biased than one would expect a priori.
In fact, COTTonLINE will go out on a limb and recommend it to our readership as a not-bad piece of analysis. Could this possibly be part of a conscious effort on the part of NBC brass to reclaim the network's reportorial and analytic reputation?
If so, it is certainly welcome. There have always been talented people at NBC, What's been lacking is a commitment to journalistic even-handedness.
