Wife Hillary won't be the next President. No longer required to behave himself, it appears former President Bill Clinton is flaunting his relationship with some (as yet unidentified) new, young woman. Of course, the photo could be the result of digital manipulation, essentially a composite. On the other hand, given Bill Clinton's track record with women it is probably the real McCoy.
