President Obama, sometime earlier in the year speaking with Democrat Senators up for reelection, according to a Politico article:

I don’t really care to be president without the Senate.

The Democratic Senate will be gone in January. Question: Will he resign? Answer: No, he was blowing smoke up their backsides ... again.
