Power Line's Steve Hayward posts two charts depicting how the Democrats have moved dramatically leftward while Republicans have moved modestly rightward in response.
This establishes conclusively which of our two major parties has become radical. For the first time in modern memory, there are more registered Republican voters than registered Democrat voters in our great nation. Many Americans can now echo Ronald Reagan who famously said "I didn't leave the Democratic Party, the Democratic Party left me."
We Republicans can be thankful while marveling the Ds chose to move left in what is generally a center-right nation. Napoleon Bonaparte's "Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake" is advice we Republicans should now heed.
