The New York Post reports Canadian PM Justin Trudeau is expected to resign before a meeting of his Liberal Party scheduled for Wednesday. His popularity numbers are plumbing new depths.
If he steps down, his party can select another to lead it who would likely take over the PM job until the next election which must happen within the next 10 months.
It is fair to say that his tenure as PM has been characterized by a lack of success.
