PJ Media's Stephen Green reports that discount giant Costco has given the "Death Star" to the troubled Bud Light brand of beer. Since I wasn't familiar with the "Death Star" terminology applied to Costco, here is to what it refers.
When the “Death Star” appears next to their favorite item, indicating that the discount retail giant won’t restock once current inventory has sold out.
Do you see the asterisk (*) in the upper right corner of the sign? That is the so-called Death Star. I'll admit I've never noticed it; in future I'll be on the lookout for it.
