As I look out my office window at the aspen forest, it is snowing gently. When we woke this a.m. it looked positively Christmas-like outside, especially the spruce we planted which was 'flocked' like a tannenbaum. See photos at the other DrC's blog.
We'd originally planned to arrive here a couple of days from now, but had to come sooner for a medical appointment. Spring apparently is in no rush to arrive at 6300 ft. in the Rockies
Once again we've adjusted to the altitude, for the first few days we found ourselves saying to each other "There's no oxygen in the air here." The body responds by making more red blood cells. In spite of the gray skies, it feels like home.
