Is It Parkinson's?

The drip, drip, drip of negative information continues.  First we learned a doctor who specializes in Parkinson's disease had visited the White House.

The visitor logs must be public information because now we learn there have been at least nine (9) visits. Alex Berenson reports the following, and his Substack also has a photocopy of the White House visitor log page listing the visits. Hat tip to RealClearPolitics for the link.

Dr. Kevin R. Cannard, a Parkinson’s disease specialist, has visited the White House at least nine times in the last year, official White House visitor logs show.

Dr. Cannard’s spate of visits began on July 28, 2023 and continued at least through March 28, 2024. The most recently released logs end on April 1, so it is not clear if Dr. Cannard has been to the White House more recently.

A physician profile page for him notes he is a “neurologist and movement disorders specialist at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center” who researches treatments for “early phase Parkinson’s disease.” Walter Reed provides medical care to senior federal officials.

A good friend of the DrsC developed Parkinson's and eventually died from it. He was a retired VP of a corporation whose name you likely have heard - an affluent, smart, fun guy who was tough as nails. No matter, the disease seems inexorable.
