Writing for the Washington Examiner, Salena Zito makes clear that Kamala Harris was the "border czar" in 2021 and cites sources which reported Harris receiving that responsibility from Joe Biden. The same sources today are writing Harris was never the border czar. Inescapably those sources were wrong one of those times, but haven't admitted it.
She adds that GovTrack has been ranking senators according to how liberal they are for years and in 2019 rated Kamala Harris the most liberal of the 100 senators. Now they've scrubbed that rating from their website.
GovTrack founder Joshua Tauberer told Fox News the page was removed because it was not “a reliable portrait of the activity of legislators.”
Journalistic ethics has become an oxymoron. Most journalists are in the tank for the Democrats, and do the party's bidding regardless.
Zito concludes thusly:
The fact that Harris is the border czar is an inconvenient truth. No matter how much they try to get rid of the inconvenience, the truth, inviolable, remains.
The Biden-Harris administration's management of the border was a sick joke, arguably treasonous.
