Reacting to this data and a few other indicators, Glenn Reynolds does a Substack essay saying Democrats are getting close to throwing Joe Biden under the bus. Which leaves them with the equally unpalatable alternatives of running Kamala Harris or offending black voters by dumping her and picking someone like Gavin Newsom.
