Writing for the Daily Caller, Brandon Poulter shares findings from polling on social issues cross-tabbed by age cohort, done by the Survey Center on American Life.
Why this age group, born between the late 1990s and early 2000s should uniquely experience this large an attitude shift in two years is unclear. Fewer Gen Z white men report being liberal (28%) than do millennials (34%). What may be even more interesting is this.
The poll also revealed shifts in sexual orientation and dating life for the younger generation. 48% of Gen Z women and 29% of men identify as gay or lesbian, bisexual, or something else, according to the poll.
