If you enjoyed the Bourne films, I have a Netflix TV series you will like. It is titled The Night Agent, consists of 10 episodes, and has been renewed for a second season which has yet to drop.
I won't give you a bunch of spoilers, but suffice it to say it is set in Washington DC, there are a lot of interesting characters, and for the longest time you won't know who the good and bad guys are. There is action, bureaucratic intrigue, plenty of bad language, and some sex.
Though set in the US, much of the cast is Canadian and most of the others are foreign-born. I believe one of the characters could be based on Erik Prince and his Blackwater mercenary outfit, now a part of Constellis Holdings.
The DrsC watched it over 4-5 nights and are now going back over it to see what we missed on the first viewing. Binge watching was hard to resist.
