Someone with money needs to start a foundation to present awards to actual women (2 X chromosomes) who lose out to fake women (XYs) in women's sports events. To those who would otherwise have placed in the top three. These would reflect their ranking among the biological women competing.
Perhaps if these are well-publicized, we can shame the fake women into abstaining. What's often happening now is a Weimar-style travesty.
